During this presentation we will describe and discuss the processes that take place during meditation experiences, the differences between mindfulness and meditation, what happens during meditation in our brain and bodies, how meditation can be synergic with psychotherapeutic and psychoanalytic practices and with creative processes, and how countertransference and idealization are present in meditation experiences as well.
There is no known commercial support for this program.
